We've worked hard over the last 11 years to make sure we produce strong, reliable mudguards (that actually work) whilst making, storing and delivering them in the most eco friendly way possible.

Made from 100% recycled UK waste plastic our Mudhugger mudguards are designed and made in the UK. Our production factory is just 10 miles from our HQ and sub-contract fulfillment warehouse (the production factory is just over a mile from my house) which helps minimise our carbon footprint by keeping transport journeys short for all deliveries or production meetings.

Our production factory have invested heavily in the most energy efficient injection moulding presses over the last few years reducing their energy consumption significantly.

We use Royal Mail for our UK Mudhugger deliveries, studies show they the most energy efficient delivery service for our small and medium sized parcels in the UK.

Lastly, don't forget that your Mudhugger mudguard can be recycled at the end of it's usable life, which should be after many happy years of mtb with less mud (we still know of 10+ year old Mudhuggers being used on a daily basis!).
