Getting hyped for the 2025 DH World Cup.

We aren’t MTB racers (I think we’ve done half a dozen races in the last 20 years) but we do love to watch DH racing.

When we first started the business back in 2013 we quickly realised we needed much better riders than ourselves to field test the mudguards. With that in mind we managed to convince Jess Stone, Innes Graham and Matt Simmonds to race test the first Shorty Mudhuggers.

Fast forward 12 years and we are extremely fortunate to have many of the world’s fastest riders using the Huggers at races around the world.

For the 2025 DH World Cup Series we have (in no particular order) the following riders trusting Mudhugger mudguards whilst hitting the world’s hardest trails and tracks.

Wyn Masters, Roger Vieira, Dom Platt GT), Loic Bruni, Finn Iles, Jordan Williams, Rosie Marie Jenson (Specialized), Luca Shaw (Canyon), Cam Balanche (Yeti), Bernard Kerr, Jenna Hastings, Ryan Griffiths, Remi Meier Smith (Pivot), Greg Williamson (Mondraker), Benoit Coulanges, Ethan Craik (Scott), Mikayla Parton, Max Hartenstern (Cube), Charlie Hatton, George Madley, Elise Empey, Luke Wayman (Athertons), Danny Hart, Bodhi Kuhn, Gracey Hemstreet, Erice Van Leuven, Lina Frener, Lucas Cruz, Greg Minnaar (Norco).

And we are still working to get more teams on board when we attend RD1 in Poland later this month.

With 50% of the 2025 UCI DH teams on board we’re confident in our claim of the world’s fastest mudguards 😊
